1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy applies to FULIAO HONGKONG LIMITED and Chamet (including Chamet web and agency partner services), collectively referred to as "Chamet", "us", "we", or "our". It applies to (i) visitors and users of this Chamet Agency partner website, (ii) authorized agency partners who recruit and support hosts, and (iii) hosts and applicants in the Chamet Host & Agency Program. This policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use. By using this website or participating in the Chamet Agency or Host program, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information from different sources depending on how you interact with us: as a website visitor, an agency partner, or a host.
- Website and general use: Name, email, profile name, contact details, and online identifiers; information you provide when registering as an agency or host (e.g. business name, country, payment details for commissions and payouts). We may collect device information (IP address, device type, browser, operating system) and usage data when you use our website or services.
- Agency partners: Business and contact information, identity verification details, bank or payment information for commission settlements, and data related to your recruited hosts and sub-agents (e.g. team size, revenue metrics, commission tier) as necessary to operate the agency program and calculate earnings.
- Hosts (including those recruited by agencies): Account information (name, email, phone, gender, date of birth where applicable), usage data (chat logs, live session activity, virtual gifts), device information, and where required face verification data. When you sign in with Google we may collect nickname and avatar from Google; you can change these later in Chamet. Payment and withdrawal information is processed by trusted third parties; we do not store full payment card details.
- Automatic collection: We may log IP address, device identifiers, browser and OS type and version, and use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookies section below.
- You may decline to provide certain data, but some services or features may then be unavailable or limited.
3. AGENCY PROGRAM DATA (COMMISSION & TEAM DATA)
In connection with the Chamet Agency Partner program we process data necessary to run the program, including:
